With screening methods in the legal medicine drugs were often detected in autopsy material. In this study the antiarrhythmic and the local anesthetic drug lidocaine could be proved in fifty‐one cases and determined in different autopsy materials. For the first time the comparison of so many distribution patterns of lidocaine in human compartments was possible. A liquid‐liquid extraction procedure, a standard addition method and LC/MS/MS were used for analytics. The measured concentrations in blood were in the therapeutic range or lower. The time between lidocaine application and death was given in twenty‐nine cases. These data were very helpful to estimate and interpret the distribution process of lidocaine between application and death. This time exerted a crucial influence on the distribution of lidocaine in the compartments. Most of the intravenous applicated lidocaine was found in heart blood after a very short time of distribution. Afterwards the highest concentrations were measured in brain. Later the highest concentration was found in the kidney samples or in urine. If the time between lidocaine application and death is known, the results of this study can be used to deepen the knowledge of its pharmacokinetics. 本文提出了基于横向莫尔条纹的自准直测角方法,用遮光原理分析了莫尔条纹的位移放大作用.并基于该方法搭建了原理光路,得到的莫尔条纹信号稳定且能够满足测量需求.在此基础上对系统进行了定量标定,简化了数据处理步骤,实现了动态测量,系统分辨率达到10″,进一步明确将该方法应用到自准直仪中可以有效提高仪器分辨率.  相似文献

借助显式紧致格式和隐式紧致格式的思想,基于截断误差余项修正,并结合原方程本身,构造出了一种求解一维定常对流扩散反应方程的高精度混合型紧致差分格式.格式仅用到三个点上的未知函数值及一阶导数值,而一阶导数值利用四阶Pade格式进行计算,格式整体具有四阶精度.数值实验结果验证了格式的精确性和可靠性.  相似文献

1,4- and 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles possess enriched structures and versatile chemistry, representing a challenge for chemists. In the present work, we unravel the fragmentation patterns of a chemically diverse range of 5-allyloxy-1-aryl-tetrazoles and 4-allyl-1-aryl-tetrazolole-5-ones when subjected to electron impact mass spectrometry (EI-MS) and investigate the correlation with the UV-induced fragmentation channels of the matrix-isolated tetrazole derivatives. Our results indicate that the fragmentation pathways of the selected tetrazoles in EI-MS are highly influenced by the electronic effects induced by substitution. Multiple pathways can be envisaged to explain the mechanisms of fragmentation, frequently awarding common final species, namely arylisocyanate, arylazide, arylnitrene, isocyanic acid and hydrogen azide radical cations, as well as allyl/aryl cations. The identified fragments are consistent with those found in previous investigations concerning the photochemical stability of the same class of molecules. This parallelism showcases a similarity in the behaviour of tetrazoles under EI-MS and UV-irradiation in the inert environment of cryogenic matrices of noble gases, providing efficient tools for reactivity predictions, whether for analytical ends or more in-depth studies. Theoretical calculations provide complementary information to articulate predictions of resulting products.  相似文献

Oil–water two-phase flow experiments were conducted in a 15 m long, 8.28 cm diameter, inclinable steel pipe using mineral oil (density of 830 kg/m3 and viscosity of 7.5 mPa s) and brine (density of 1060 kg/m3 and viscosity of 0.8 mPa s). Steady-state data on flow patterns, two-phase pressure gradient and holdup were obtained over the entire range of flow rates for pipe inclinations of −5°, −2°, −1.5°, 0°, 1°, 2° and 5°. The characterization of flow patterns and identification of their boundaries was achieved via observation of recorded movies and by analysis of the relative deviation from the homogeneous behavior. A stratified wavy flow pattern with no mixing at the interface was identified in downward and upward flow. Two gamma-ray densitometers allowed for accurate measurement of the absolute in situ volumetric fraction (holdup) of each phase for all flow patterns. Extensive results of holdup and two-phase pressure gradient as a function of the superficial velocities, flow pattern and inclinations are reported. The new experimental data are compared with results of a flow pattern dependent prediction model, which uses the area-averaged steady-state two-fluid model for stratified flow and the homogeneous model for dispersed flow. Prediction accuracies for oil/water holdups and pressure gradients are presented as function of pipe inclination for all flow patterns observed. There is scope for improvement for in particular dual-continuous flow patterns.  相似文献

The existence of Smale horseshoes for a certain discretized perturbed nonlinear Schroedinger(NLS) equations was established by using n-dimensional versions of the Conley-Moser conditions. As a result, the discretized perturbed NLS system is shown to possess an invariant set Λ on which the dynamics is topologically conjugate to a shift on four symbols.  相似文献

Heat transfer coefficients were measured and new correlations were developed for two-phase, two-component (air and water) heat transfer in a horizontal pipe for different flow patterns. Flow patterns were observed in a transparent circular pipe using an air–water mixture. Visual identification of the flow patterns was supplemented with photographic data, and the results were plotted on the flow regime map proposed by Taitel and Dukler and agreed quite well with each other. A two-phase heat transfer experimental setup was built for this study and a total of 150 two-phase heat transfer data with different flow patterns were obtained under a uniform wall heat flux boundary condition. For these data, the superficial Reynolds number ranged from 640 to 35,500 for the liquid and from 540 to 21,200 for the gas. Our previously developed robust two-phase heat transfer correlation for a vertical pipe with modified constants predicted the horizontal pipe air–water heat transfer experimental data with very good accuracy. Overall the proposed correlations predicted the data with a mean deviation of 1.0% and an rms deviation of 12%.  相似文献
